About Me

I’m a certified advanced level spiritual healer, shamanic healer, and teacher. As an empath and Pisces, I was born with heightened intuition, compassion, spiritual insight, and a deep sensitivity and connection with others. As I entered my late teens, I became aware of having unique spiritual gifts, such as mediumship, transfiguration, astral travel, clairvoyance, and claircognizance. During these years, I had lost two of my sisters to car accidents. One of my older sisters when I was 16 years old, and my younger sister when I was 18 years old. It was a challenging time in my life, but I found my way through my faith in God and the innate awareness that we experience what our souls need. I trusted God that there is a plan that I wasn’t aware of, yet. The important thing to mention is that we ALL have God-given gifts. Each one of us has the responsibility to figure out how we will use what God has given us, and then…serve others in our own unique way.

My healing work incorporates all that I have learned through my healing training the past 13+ years with my teacher, a shaman and spiritual healer. I am a certified advanced level spiritual healer, shamanic healer, and I have been teaching spiritual and shamanic healing for the past 9 years. I also have a master of science in health promotion management, and my educational and professional background has allowed me to provide clients with qualified guidance. I have extensively studied: physiology, nutrition, implementing behavior and lifestyle changes, as well as, designing personalized health programs. In addition to teaching spiritual and shamanic healing, I have been teaching others how to heal and strengthen their bodies for over 20+ years. God has truly created everything we need here on Mother Earth and I am so grateful! I have a passion to share my knowledge of nutrition, strength training, physical exercise and movement, and all the amazing joy it brings when we are in balance on all levels: Body, Mind & Spirit!

I live in northern California with the love of my life, my loving husband. We were blessed with four beautiful children (who are now grown). I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (University of Dayton,1990); Master of Science degree (Marymount University, DC, 2001); I earned my California State Teaching License (2023), in addition to being certified as an advanced level spiritual healer, shamanic healer & teacher.
