Cancelations:

I request the courtesy of a week notice when canceling a session. I am then able to offer your session time to another client.

PLEASE NOTE: For Plant Medicine Healing sessions, a $100 deposit is requested at time of scheduling. This will be fully refunded if you have to cancel your session at least two weeks prior to your session date. I begin purchasing all your ingredients for your healing (roses, corn, cactus, banana leaves, walnuts, herbs, etc.) and am preparing long before your session date. If your session is canceled without adequate notice, then I will not refund your deposit, unfortunately.

pAYMENT POLICY:

Payments for all healing sessions, home clearings, and classes, should be made either at time of service or prior. You can make payments through my website payment page; Paypal (email address: Hadley@Miahayya.com; or Venmo (text me for my venmo account).

MEDICAL CONCERNS & Disclaimer:

I am a spiritual healing practitioner and NOT a Medical Doctor. I advise clients to continue treatment with your medical doctors for any known illnesses, and encourage you to continue taking prescription medications currently being prescribed. Altering medications should be discussed with your doctor.
