To schedule your On-Site Home Clearing, please add to cart and check out here to make your deposit. An On-Site Home Clearing is priced by the square-footage of your home, and the travel time is also factored in. It is a 4-6 hour process and I arrive in the morning. I often schedule home clearings on a Friday, but a Saturday can be arranged if needed due to your work schedule. On-Site Home Clearings are generally in a range of $800-1500. This deposit will secure your home clearing on my schedule. The remaining balance will be paid the day of your home clearing. I will provide a payment link through Paypal or Venmo (check or cash is also fine).
